We will further focus on personal identity, belonging and their meaning in the light of the symbolism of these tools uncovering hidden meanings and insights to gain clarity of your life. Through the sharing of experiences and using each other as ‘mirrors’ we uncover insights into the way we see others and vica versa, what the ‘other’ person represents to you and what you may represent to them, obstacles within relationships; though it does not necessarily have to be solely ‘love relationships’, draw on ‘shadow’ aspects of ourselves that we may unconsciously be manifesting.

Whether you have or are going through anxiety, worries, social isolation, depression, trauma, hinderances of some kind, then this well-being session is for you. Some of the benefits of participating in a support group include:

  • Feeling less lonely, isolated or judged
  • Reducing distress, depression, anxiety or fatigue
  • Talking openly and honestly about your feelings
  • Improving skills to cope with challenges
  • Staying motivated to manage chronic conditions or stick to treatment plans
  • Gaining a sense of empowerment, control or hope
  • Improving understanding of a disease and your own experience in relation to it
  • Getting practical feedback about treatment options
  • Learning about ways of managing health, mindfulness, economic or social resources.

Starting off with the sharing experiences which can be an effective and powerful means to break barriers, social isolation and make space for much needed confidence.

This group sessions support mental and emotional health and well-being bringing people together in a safe and supported space.
