We will further focus on personal identity, belonging and their meaning in the light of the symbolism of these tools uncovering hidden meanings and insights to gain clarity of your life. Through the sharing of experiences and using each other as ‘mirrors’ we uncover insights into the way we see others and vica versa, what the ‘other’ person represents to you and what you may represent to them, obstacles within relationships; though it does not necessarily have to be solely ‘love relationships’, draw on ‘shadow’ aspects of ourselves that we may unconsciously be manifesting.
Whether you have or are going through anxiety, worries, social isolation, depression, trauma, hinderances of some kind, then this well-being session is for you. Some of the benefits of participating in a support group include:
